Dr. Sudhir Gavhane is one of the highly experienced and efficient acclaimed academician , with post graduate degree in Journalism as well as Master's degree in Economics. His doctoral degree is in the area of interdisciplinary research of Media Economics in general and Newspaper Monopoly , Duopoly & oligopoly Newspaper Economics in particular. Professor Dr. G. Sudhir also served Pune based MIT-World Peace University as the Dean , Liberal Arts, Science and Commerce as well as Director, National Outreach & Network and Director, Rural Immersion Program and National Coordinator of National Teachers' Congress ( NTC-2019) during 2017-19. He is associated with more than 50 universities in India in various capacities and very strong network of national International academics. Recently he is honoured by “International Academy Award 2020 “ of Africa continent by Unicaribbean Business School, University of Commonwealth Caribbean and Honorary D.Litt. by George Washington University of Peace , USA
